- After power is restored, the refrigerator shows no response, or it trips the breaker as soon as it’s plugged in.
What to do first
- Limit opening the fridge/freezer door, and observe whether it trips again.
What not to do
- Don’t repeatedly plug/unplug it or switch it on and off.
How a licensed electrician will handle it
- A licensed electrician will check the relevant socket outlets, circuits (ring/loop), and protective devices. After completing fault diagnosis, they’ll arrange a safe restoration.
